Dr. Rawad Samarani, DDS, DES, MRes
​Periodontology & Dental Implants

Dr. Rawad Samarani graduated as Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1998, and in 2002 he graduated in Periodontology (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures) from the Saint-Joseph University of Beirut. In 2012, he obtained from the same university a Master of Research.
Since 2002, he is a member of the Periodontology Department of the Saint-Joseph University where he is currently a senior lecturer and a clinical instructor. In 2019, he was appointed director of the “Advanced Implant Surgery Diploma”.
​He published and co-published 17 papers in international peer-reviewed journals including the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Journal of Oral Implantology, the European Journal of Oral Implantology, the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and the Journal of Maxillofacial Surgery. In 2019, he authored a textbook chapter, titled “Revisiting Guided Bone Regeneration in the Esthetic Zone”, published by Wiley-Blackwell.
​Dr. Samarani is a member of the implant council of the British Academy of Restorative and Implant Dentistry.
He is lecturing and giving courses on the topics of guided bone regeneration, full-arch implant rehabilitation and immediate implantation in the esthetic zone. He has trained hundreds of dentists in different parts of the world.

Dr. Joanne Khoury, DDS, CES
​Digital & Prosthetic Dentistry​

Dr. Joanne Khoury graduated in Dentistry in 2017 from the Lebanese University and in 2020 she had a specialty degree in Endodontics from the Saint-Joseph University of Beirut. She joined the Samarani Clinic Team in 2018.
Dr. Joanne Khoury is an expert CAD designer and is in charge of the digital dental processes in the clinic.

Dr. Dany Noujeim, DDS, DES
​Prosthodontics & Esthetic Dentistry

Dr. Dany Noujeim graduated in 1995 as a Doctor in Dental Surgery. After experiencing general dentistry, he pursued a "Mastère" program in Prosthodontics at the Saint-Joseph University where he graduated with distinction in 2009. The subject of his thesis was on bonding of post and core restorations.
Dr. Dany Noujeim is an instructor at the Saint-Joseph University since 2008 and he is currently a member of the Fixed Prosthodontics department.
In 2009, he joined the team of Samarani Clinic as a specialist in Prosthodontics and Esthetic Dentistry.

​Dr. Joseph Ghosh, DDS, CES
​Endodontics

Dr. Joseph Ghauch earned his Doctor in Dental Surgery degree in 1998 from the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut. In 2002, and from the same university, he earned his specialty degree in Endodontics.
Dr. Joseph Ghosh is always on the forefront of his specialty and is always updating himself on the latest innovations, techniques and protocols in root canal therapy by attending specialized training programs and international scientific conventions.
He joined the Samarani Clinic team in 2005 as a specialist in endodontics.

Dr. Elissa El Alam, DDS, DU
Prosthodontics & Esthetic Dentistry

Dr. Elissa El Alam graduated in dentistry in 2023 from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut. In 2024 she enrolled in a degree in oral pathology and is currently specializing in prosthodontics and esthetic dentistry at the Saint-Joseph University. She joined the Samarani Clinc team in 2024.

Dr. Leina Srour, DDS, DESS
​Pediatric Dentistry​

Dr. Leina Srour, graduated in Dentistry in 2000 from the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, and in 2003 she graduated with a degree in Pedodontics from the Lebanese University. She regularly follows continuing educational activities to keep in pace with the latest trends in the field. She joined the clinic in 2006.
